Return Process

  Log into your AVITdirect account and navigate to your order history to select the tech item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
